NOTE:

Please be aware that you will need to invest your own money to test and create awareness for the distribution business. Depending on your capacity, you can start with as little as 1,000 Naira for testing before fully committing to the business.

• Business Plan Submission:If you believe you can scale and need more funds to run the business, submit a business plan within four weeks of entering this Agreement. The plan should demonstrate your ability to effectively distribute the product and comply with company policies.
• If your proposal is deemed promising, you may be granted  Ultimate Account Access. Upon satisfactory review of your business plan, you could be given access to stocks worth up to 10,000,000 Naira as a no-interest stock loan.
• Verification:Submit copies of a valid ID (national passport, driver's license, or NIN) and a utility bill for verification.
• Signature and Notarization:Once all requirements are fulfilled, the Agreement will be signed by both parties and stamped by a Notary Public or Magistrate for legal validity.
• Compliance:Adhere to all company policies, including pricing guidelines, sales targets, and payment procedures.
• Legal Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations for distribution and sales activities in your area. If you choose not to opt for the Ultimate Account Access, you can still run your business independently.
